    It is located on a peninsula which is surrounded on three sides by the largest of the Ozark Twin Lakes, Bull Shoals Lake. It is a year-round community which is home to over 700 permanent residents. It rests at the end of historic and renowned Highway 7, also known as "Arkansas Scenic Highway 7". Car and Driver magazine has termed Highway 7 the “best of the best" scenic, "fun to drive" American highways. Here one can enjoy the beautiful park, marina and golf course.
