According to the most current satellite photo this lot is now a waterfront lot. But please understand that I have not had this lot surveyed in order to ascertain its exact parameters. Please take the time between now and auction's end to satisfy yourself as to the location, desirability and utility of this parcel for your specific purposes. This process is called "conducting your due diligence". I realize that many bidders still will not conduct due diligence and bid anyway, and by not doing so, it will not be a valid reason to be a winning bidder then getting "cold feet".
