Antique Pr Chinese Framed Embroideries Pink Pastels Silk Birds 1920s As Found

Description

Pair of framed Chinese antique silk embroideries, both matted with one under glass.
We consulted with an antique dealer who felt that these probably date from the 1920s.
The embroideries are in pastel colors with bird themes.    The colors on one are lighter than the other.
The overall size of each with the frame is 24-3/4" x 9-3/4"   The viewing area is 19-1/2" x 5"
The fabric on the one not under glass has pulled away from the matting.   The matting has water stains.  Both need to be reframed.
