Location:
Located in southern Yavapai County within 2 miles of I-17 with high centered 2wd access.
Nice level spots to camp. About 750 feet NW is a ranchers well and water storage tank, y
ou might get permission from the rancher to use some of the water.
Mineralization:
Our testing recovered some nice bits and flakes of gold from the small desert washes and gulches on the claim. Near the south end of the claim is a small shaft with a gold bearing quartz vein. Bunker Hill Gold
has hardrock and placer gold but the key thing is the
bunker
. Great place if SHTF or just to store stuff in. I'd consider installing a door, camouflage the entrance etc.  It has thick concrete floor, walls and ceiling that would cost thousands to duplicate at today's prices. Solar lights would keep it lit up at night, maybe even a solar type stove.

The above noted "buy it now" price is the full cost of this claim. There is no tax on unpatented mining claims in Arizona, and our price includes all transfer fees for the claim at the time of purchase. The Bureau of Land Management requires a yearly maintenance fee for every active U.S. mining claim. The fee for this claim currently is 5.00, due no later
than September 1st each year. If you are on a payment plan the annual maintenance fee is due in
addition
to your monthly payments.

If at anytime no payments are received in 60 days the purchase agreement terminates.
What's Next:
After your down payment is processed you will receive a New Claim Packet email from us that includes: your receipt, a copy of the topographical map, a link to your claim(s) plotted on Google Earth and the GPS coordinates.
Within 2 weeks, you will receive your claim packet in the mail that will contain hard copies of these documents as well as the Location Notice(s) and a full size topographical map. Upon full payment, we process the claim(s) into your name and file it with the Bureau of Land Management and County.
After that, there is a yearly fee due to the Bureau of Land Management on or before September 1st to keep the claim active, currently 5.00
Refund Policy:
We are confident that you will love your mining claim. If for ANY reason you do not, or simply change your mind within 7 days from the date of purchase we will fully refund your charge, no fees, no exceptions. Within 90 days of the date of purchase we will offer you a trade for any mining claim in our inventory. There is 0.00 trade processing fee. The difference in the cost of claims will be added/subtracted from your balance.
