Civil War Dug Flag Finial

Civil War dug eagle  flag topper (finial)
This was dug in the 1970s off Apple Pie Ridge Rd just northwest of Winchester Va.
From my research, that location would have been in the area of The Second Battle of Winchester.
The finial is 7 inches tall and is finely detailed. The back is concave and the wings are drooped.
The patina is awesome. Excavated examples are scarce and relic hunters and collectors alike know it's about "rea age "  patina. (not chemical induced as is often seen)
