    We've also cleared small paths to kids to go 4-wheeling on.
    It is a relatively flat parcel slightly sloping to the back that is pretty heavily wooded with mostly Pinon Pines and sage bushes in between as can be seen in the pictures.  Absolutely beautiful mountain and foothill views in all directions (as shown in pictures.)  The parcel is close to being level with the dirt road so it is easy to drive an RV onto the parcel.  It has a wide sketched-in unofficial entrance way that is cleared out for parking an RV.  All pictures are taken on and of the parcel itself.  The parcel has pretty nice dimensions.  The road frontage is about 370 ft, the back border is about 500 feet and the sides are about 450 and 550 feet long.

    From I'25, take Hwy 160 West to about 5 miles before Ft. Garland.  Turn left into Trinchers Creek Road (there is a sign  on the left side of Hwy 160 that says Trinchera Creek Estates).  Turn left onto Patterson Road, turn right onto Patricia Road, turn right onto Stuempfig Road and turn left onto McDonnell Road.  It is the 3rd parcel on the left.
