Description

Here's a great item that's rarely found. It's a marked arms manufacturers lead ingot for molding bullets in the field. It was dug on private land at the battlefield of Spotsylvania Courthouse. They are rarely marked, but this one has a partial name..."The James R..." Chunks of these would be cut off and melted, then poured into bullet molds while in the field. You may be able to research the name on this one. I included a couple of pics of some others that have been dug.A really great item to add to your bullet or relic collection. Plmk if I can provide any further info or photos. I am happy to combine shipping on multiple purchases whenever possible, as long as you wait for me to invoice you. Thanks for looking, and stay safe.
