    Here's a nice group of relics dug many years ago on private land in the area of General Longstreet's flank attack on the Union 2nd Corps in the Wilderness battlefield. Longstreet was seriously wounded, which slowed the attack. Here's what was found:

    1 Nice Soldier's Straight Razor
    1 Bullet Lead Musket Nipple Protector
    1 Nice Studded Jewelry Item
    1 Brass Sewing Thimble
    1 Zouave/ Cadet Coat Button
    1 Eagle Coat Button
    1 .54 Caliber Burnside Carbine Bullet
    1 .58 Caliber Pistol Carbine Bullet- most of these came from the raid on Harper's Ferry
