This instrument is ideal for the young aspiring euphonium player or euphonium doubler. It is a solid instrument copied directly from the Yamaha intermediate euphonium. The main difference between the two is that this one has a larger bore and different lead pipe. It has a very similar sound to the Yamaha but slightly warmer. It’s a very durable and good instrument to play. There are a series of dents that are located along the side of the instrument as seen on the photos, please note that this does not affect the sound. All valves and slides move freely as of now. This comes with two mouthpieces- a Yamaha 48 and Shires 5MD.
