For bid: exceedingly rare timber framers Greenlee 24” tall draw knife (with huge full blade 14 1/2” cutting edge that is razor sharpe!!!!! The blade width is 2 1/2” wide-the full length. Handles are very tight and appear to be Beach wood or possibly red oak. No pitting on steel. Handles are covered with a dried tar!!!! It comes off fairly easily to expose like new wooden handles. These were used in timber framing to remove bark and also used in linesman work to install overhead electric
Poles! Very scarce to find these in almost like new with full edge!! Again: this is absolutely razor sharp with no nicks in edge! Marked Greenlee Rockford Illinois. Offered without reserve!
