No maintenance or annual fees.   Paid in full.  Fee to transfer to South Lawn and transferred with a Trustee's claim deed.
There is a non-filing co-owner listed on the contract who has quit claimed her ownership.

The Hawaiian Memorial Park Cemetery is located on the windward side of Oahu. The cemetery is just south of Kaneohe Bay and borders the Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery near John A Burns Freeway
