Vintage handcuffs Warranted Rough Civil War era

Description

Out of an estate Civil War collection we are pleased to offer this antique pair of handcuffs.  These may be post Civil War but we're not entirely sure.  These are marked "Warranted Rough," "HARD," and "21" in various placed.  There is a key but it may not be the correct one.  We couldn't get the key to work to open these.  Fully extended these are about 9 inches long.  Great patina and excellent shape.
